House Rules

Threats and Acts of violence are seriously prohibited. Bring conflicts to the attention of the house manager
Treat others with respect
No loud music except by permission of other people in the home
Keep cursing to a minimum. No ethnic or sexual slurs will be tolerated
ALWAYS inform staff when planning to leave the property
Knock and request permission before entering someone else’s bedroom
No Smoking – No vaping- The use of medical marijuana is prohibited in the home

*Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area in the back yard. Ashtrays must always be at least 10 feet from any entrance, exit, windows that open, ventilation intake, or accessibility ramps

No Betting – No Gambling – No borrowing of money
No Prohibited Drug Use – No Alcohol
Must Clean Up all Personal Items, Dishes and Trash
Must Wash Your Own Laundry at least 1x Per Week
Must Complete Designated Daily Chores
No Visitors Unless Approved by CLH Management
Quiet time starts at 10 PM “DAILY” Curfew 10 PM Unless approved by CLH Staff member
Maximum of 20 Minutes Per Bathroom Use (Including Showers Time)

When notified of substantiated abuse, CLH provider will immediately provide written notification to: individuals in the CLH, county services coordinators, individual’s legal guardians and the individual found to have committed the abuse.

This is a Cooperative Living Environment. If it is reported by the House Supervisor that you are causing conflict or breaking any of the house rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave at anytime at the sole discretion of Management.
